So I have this problem where when I wake up after 4-5 hours. I wake up to awake from my alarm.
A bit of background information:
I use my phone for the alarm and the alarm turns off automatically after 1000 Seconds and gives me a notification if it does. It can only be turnt off with either, turning my phone around or shaking it lighlty. But somehow right now there are just 2 Scenarios that keep on happening to me.
1. I wake up to awake altough my Alarm isn't too loud too startle me and I have to completely throw away my WILD / FILD attempt since I'm still not good enough to do these while being so awake. So I just fall back asleep normally.

2. If I don't put my alarm atleast 1 meter / 3.2 Feet away from my bed. I somehow miraculously turn it off in my sleep. Yes I somehow turn around, slither to my phone and shake it lightly til it's off while unconcious / not aware. (And no I don't sleepwalk and I never have been). Since when my real alarm goes off, I always mistake it for my WBTB alarm but the song is different and my phone isn't showing me the automatic notification.
Now my question is.
- Do I have to just time it better? (I've been trying this for alteast 6 Months now and I very rarely wake up groggy in WBTB, altough I wake up groggy on my normal alarms of course...)
- Do I just have to learn to FILD / WILD while being not sleepy?
- Schould I put up multiple alarms throughout the night in the hope of having atleast one groggy wake up?
- Or schould I try to WBTB without an alarm? (Which I will try now anyway, but other suggestions and advice to my problem are still very welcomed and needed.)
