There's a slight blank-ness usually when u enter a deild or wild, as you fall asleep.
I suppose that you literally don't have this in OBE-style. Have you tried staying in ur room and treating it as a dream?

I hope someone with experience , albeit OBEs are rare. Chimes in.

Well I am just on WBTB right now and I regret to say I have no muffin. I do have a hot chocolate though. But really I want a muffin.

Oh ok yes I think there can be, in the past I might even think I have fallen asleep for a brief moment...before becoming aware of sensations...maybe that is a moment of blankness...and yes I believe that still makes it a wild having this slight pause if it happens...but yeh generally I trace each moment and probs why sensations got v strong

Well the thing is I find it hard to let go of the perceived reality of my surroundings...yeh maybe I wil try just staying in my room now and see what happens..if I wild.

Yes there are some great books and info, but you can't say 'yeh but what when...and if and how etc ect?' and have a conversation about the variables and intricacies.

Hey good luck with your ongoing practice...keep thinking positive and get excited too as i think those butterflies in the belly about the possibilities of the night were are really helpful to me when learning...i still even have butterflies now....which need balancing with a meditation....noticing sensations...way before the crossover... the night is delicious...like a big muffin! Enjoy!! And thank you for your thoughtful imput.
