I extremely recommend Crazyinsane's Wild technique of using a smart alarm clock to wake yourself up. The purpose of the smart alarm is to stop ringing after a few seconds so that your mind can awake without your body having to move. It eliminates the whole relaxation phase needed, prior to the WILD.
