      I need help! Wild difficulties

      Hello fellow dreamers,

I have a big problem with Wild!
I will do a WBTB and start relaxing. Really soon I start feeling paralysed and vibrations start in my hands and feet. I feel like being sucked into a black hole . Then I start hearing noises, I'm pretty sure they're voices and each time it's the same. It doesn't scare me so I have no difficulties staying relaxed. Then the vibration and the voices stop, they last about 10 seconds each and I find myself in my bed. But as I hope everytime, I do not experience a false awakening( I do a RC everytime ). Even when I don't do one and just continue to lay there to prevent my relaxation from going away by doing a nose RC nothing happens. Pls help me I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Have you experienced something similar? Any suggestions ? Thank you!

Hey there. Sometimes it can feel as if you've gone "through" the phase, when in actuality something happened that caused the phase to stop from taking place right at the crucial point. That could be it
On the other hand, I've had this issue before and what I've found is I only wake up in my dream if I "transition" by picturing swinging my body to the side or rolling out, then waking up my dream eyes.

Thank you for the tip I will try next time that nothing will happen to prevent me from passing through the phase. Have you any ideas what i could be ? Maybe I´m exited without really noticing ?
And do you only picture it, like visualizing it? And then just open your eyes and hope they´re your dream eyes?
Thank you for the quick reply!

Really, I wait for the sensations to pass, and while they are passing I begin imagining I'm swinging out of my body..kind of pivoting at my feet. I dont' really picture it..it literally FEELS like I'm swinging outwards. At some point I open my dream eyes.

Pyschologically, I think the point is that by doing some sort of action in your mind, it sort of initiates the dream sequence.

Thank you! I´ll definately try it tonight. I´m not really sure what you mean with the swinging out Do you start picturing it and it turns into a physical motion, or do actually do the motion you would do in real life?

      Nothing to be embarrased about.

I don't like a lot of this guy's stuff, but here is a video/article taht talks about what I'm talking about. He calls it an "exiting method"...ways to exit the "body falling asleep phase" into the dream:

      Exiting methods

You picture it in your mind. It happens all in your mind. your physical body will be asleep. It's no different than when you are in a dream, and you picture doing something, and it happens in the dream.

I know how you feel, I have a very similar problem, I can't seem to progress pass the intense vibrations / "noises" stage, it just seems to die down very quickly and then find my self awake with my eyes closed(I do perform RC after just to make sure)
Perhaps in that short period of time where the vibrations peak you should have a thought about where you want to be or what you want to do because one time when I was going through this process I suddenly just thought about SEX! And Boom! a women appear before my eyes but then I decided I wasn't in the mood so it disappeared and the whole thing died out shortly.
Also maybe think about meditation since lucid dreaming and astral projection require a lot of energy to maintain so it may make sense to build that "energy" to hopefully increase your chances of having a successful Lucid experience.
Hope this helps and good luck fellow dreamer👍😜

      Thanks SteviNick!
I thought about meditating too, I'll try that tonight. Hopefully it'll help
