Was this part of a wild or just hh

I was trying to wild last nite when I went to bed and I know thats a bad time to do a wild because your ment to do it early in the morning wbtb but anyway I was pretty tierd last nite and was trying to remain aware. 20mins went by I am guessing here and thats when the vibrations kicked in. The Vibrations started in my left ear and then through out my head, next thing I know I was sat up in bed with the light on. Don't forget I was sleeping on my left side faceing the wall with the light -off-. I new I was dreaming and I didn't see or feel any scary things but I did get scared and decided to wake my self up. Once the thought entered my mind, my bedroom disappered and I was left in darkness were it started to spin clock wize and then I felt my pillow and I fell right through the pillow! at blazing fast speed and thats when I woke up. Now I know why its called a WILD! that was wild. I dunno why I got scared cause I felt no evil prenece or anything but I guess it was a new thing for me. Anywho any advice would be appreciated. All this happened within about 10 to 5mins.
      Thanks.

That does sound like transition into a LD. It's possible to have dreams as soon as you go to bed, but those happen only when certain conditions are met. For example you are sleep deprived, or to the contrary, you woke up from a sleep just a few hours ago, and this would be considered a nap.

Even if you get the sensations of falling asleep and entering LD, if dream is not ready for you, since you are not in REM, you will be left only with the sensations. Which is not such a bad thing, since many people love them as much as they do lucid dreams.

Yes, they can get intense. But also exhilarating. Now you know, that nothing scary happens, and next time you can just enjoy the ride. Happy dreams
