okay for one im not even sure i can go into SP. i feel minor vibrations and find it hard to breathe sometimes and i start to breathe differently ( i know im not supposed to. ) Any tips to not doing this would be appreciated. I only like the concept of WBTB and WILD. I tried to WBTB last night and i woke up 10 mins before the alarm and then i havn't been back to sleep since. I dont think i get very good HI's either. the first time i ever tried to WILD was three days ago and i saw colored splotches that moved and i felt as if my bed was spinning and flipping but i was magnetized to it. Then it either stopped or i passed out into a false awakening. I feel as if im good at maintaining consciousness, but too much so. I CANT PHYSICALLY SLEEP AND IT FRUSTRATES ME SO MUCHHHHHHHHHHHH. Any tips would be appreciated because i long for a chance of flying or talking to my inner self or even just being inside my own mind. Please and thank you.
