Don't think it's possible to create 'best' something that works for everyone, since most of lucid dreaming related things, including WILD anchors, vary from person to person. I'll /never/ fall asleep if i count for example, so that won't work already.
But ofcourse you can always find something that works best for you. I use binaural beats and visualization for anchoring, as well as mantra with dream goals, but i don't concentrate on it or visualization too much otherwise i end up being too awake.
