      People saying things like that have no business giving advice about lucid dreaming, talking about dreaming, giving any advice in general, or even have computers and internet, and probably should be locked up in a looney bin.

      That's ridiculous, scaring people like that. The information you read on that site, was valid, in dark ages. You know, when witches were flying through the air at night and brewing people in couldrons.

      Please, forget EVERYTHING you read in that place. Re-program your mind with some good info, before you try a WILD. Learn the process, know why it's happening, what it is, what to expect, and everythink about it.

      If you never had a LD, start with DILD, so you get the feel for what it is.

      Thanks for the reply, it gave me a lot of re-assurance.
      I've had 2 lucid dreams before, do you have any advice from where I should start from?
      I had both lucid dreams naturally but did reality checks in them both.
