If you do find yourself in Sleep Paralysis the only thing that can harm you is your fear. If you are afraid it will be scary. If you aren't it won't be. |

So my friend induces sleep paralysis quite often. I've never actually induced it, just sort of experienced it. Well he told me if I would try WILD tonight, he's gonna do it aswell. So we kinda made a pact xD. I've read some great WILD guides, so I know exactly what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna wake up at 6.30am, I'll be staying awake for 30 minutes. I'm gonna drink some orange juice, go to the toilet, read in my dream journal,.. And I'm gonna count + say mantras in my head while inducing sleep paralysis. My main question is: Is Sleep Paralysis less scary in the morning when it's light outside then when you do it in the middle of the night while it's still dark? I'm terrified of sleep paralysis. But I'm gonna stay positive, and hopefully the experience will be positive aswell. Got any tips/advice for me how to stay calm and go with the flow while experiencing it? And when do you know when you should start visualizing in SP? |

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.
