      First wild help

Earlier today i was feeling pretty tired and decided to take a nap. Next thing i know im in sleep paralyses for the first time. My entire body is flying super fast and my head is vibrating. I hear the sound of a car honking its horn right next to my ear but remind myself that its just a hallucination. All of a sudden it all just stops and im laying in bed. I feel pretty mad that i failed to finish wilding. Then i notice that i cant seem to move anything except for my arms. I look down at my hands and they're completely see through. I successfully wilded for the first time however i was completely paralyzed. I tried rubbing my hands together, still couldnt move. I tried yelling increase lucidity which definently did something but i was still unable to move anything but my arms. After a few minutes of this i woke up for real.

What did i do wrong? This was my second lucid dream, my first was a Dild that i had complete control over.

Perhaps you didn't let yourself fall deep enough into the dream. I imagine that if you tried moving around to early you would still feel your real body, which would limit you. It's also possible that you didn't have enough control or belief this time to free yourself.

I suggest you try to WILD a few more times to quickly find the solution.

Try to visualize yourself rolling out of bed, or something pulling you out and your good to go

Keep trying. This is purely a lack of practice problem.

Try to more "think" of moving, than actually moving. When you "think" of moving, your sleeping body should start moving. Even better, if you just decide to roll out, or sit up, without thinking how, or which body, or if you in SP or dream or what. But don't worry. Once you get more experiences like this, it will be easier. Happy dreams

When I get SP, I just lie completely still and relaxed with my eyes closed and wait. Eventually all the vibrations/noises kind of fade away. Once that happens I wait another 5-10 seconds just to make sure, then open my eyes to see I'm still lying in bed. But once I do a RC I will realize I'm dreaming and begin my lucid. Try to just wait it out like that and see if it helps
