      Successive WILD without sleeping

Yesterday I read about V-Wild, a Wild where you visualize something while falling asleep, I was going to sleep for 5 hours and then try it, but I wanted to try it as well before sleeping.
And it worked right away, after emptying my mind, stretching my muscles and just lying still I got to sleep paralysis while i still was awake.

After a while I had a hard time breathing and my heart beat like 10 times per second, at least it felt like that. I tried to just relax which was very hard and after a while It started to fade away, I waited for a few minutes and then did a reality check, I was still awake and tried to roll over and do the same thing again, but I couldn't sleep at that time so I stayed awake for a while then fell asleep normally.

What should I do and think and focus on while I am in that SP where I have a hard time breathing and heart beat rate is very high?
And I also think I tried to visualize something too hard, do I need to keep the visualization until I am in a dream? or can it stop right when i get to SP?
      Sorry for being long.

      Congratulations!
You should keep your visualisation up for as long as possible and when you enter SP, you should also be visualizing.

Okay, I should try it if it ever happens again. Still had a hard time visualizing something when I almost couldn't breathe and my heart rate were going insane.

You should try a different sleeping position. Keep in mind that that particular side affect of sleep paralysis doesn't occur ever time.

Okay, I was sleeping on my side as i usually do, I have had 2 previous SP's while lying on my back. During those SPs I just heard a high beep in the ears and nothing much else.
      Thanks for the replies

to me sleeping on your back is the best sleeping position.
sometimes SP slips into my dreams, making it difficult for me to move in the dream. Sometimes it happens so quickly that i don't notice the SP.

I've found that most of my WILDs actually happen when I'm on my left side, and I, too, have done it before 5 hours of sleep. Mine worked like a charm, though, I guess I'm a natural. Not bragging or anything, just saying it is in fact possible. Just keep trying

I usually just think of the fact that I'm going into a dream and when the vibration waves hit me, I start thinking of what I want to dream about (people, events, places..) and I when the vibrations stop, I carefully move my hand and find I'm in the dream

As I said, the first time I tried it worked for me. I just couldn't continue with the side effect of sleep paralysis.

I will try again but I can only do it when im fairly tired, else i will just get a feeling I cant stand and it will end up with me interrupting it.
