You'll notice that it's a dream when your subconscious starts to add its own details to your visualization. Let's say that you all of a sudden notice a person walking by that you didn't "create".

I've been giving you some advice on WILDing in another thread, but it was about regular WILDs. You really can't expect to succeed just after a few tries. Lucid dreaming requires training and patience.
