When I WILD I like to imagine what the Dream will be like. But how do you know when your imagination turns into a LD? |

You'll notice that it's a dream when your subconscious starts to add its own details to your visualization. Let's say that you all of a sudden notice a person walking by that you didn't "create". |

Going back to your original post, OP, you need to stop stressing out! You seem to be very excited to lucid dream but you're also stressing out that you're not getting one (forgive me if i'm wrong). To first address your recall - things that mainly affect recall are stress and lack of sleep. Personally I prefer at least 6.5 hours of sleep to get decent recall and 8.5 hours to be decently rested. Stress can be combated by (obviously) overcoming what you're stressing about or just taking some time out of your schedule to purely relax. Do something slow, concentrate on your breathing, read a novel, just take it easy. If you're a gamer, don't even play CoD or anything like that, cause I know how annoying it feels to die continuously |
