      Help!

So I was trying the WILD technique last night and I entered sleep paralysis. After a while I started feeling like my bed was shaking, but I knew it wasn't. Then all of a sudden my eyes started to rapidly blink. I think this was the beginning of REM but I'm not sure. I was unaware what was going on so I got out of sleep paralysis and woke up.

Can someone please tell me when your eyes stop blinking and you start dreaming? I think I was very, very close. I had lucid dreams in the past and OBE's but not willingly lol.

Hmmmm I've never had my eyes start moving rapidly or blinking While in SP. That's only happened to me whenever I've gotten either nervous, or over excited when I start hearing noises or feeling vibrations. That went away with time though, and now my eyes never start moving around or blink like that. You usually start dreaming when Sp ends, next time just ignore the eye movements if you get them and go with the flow.

Just let it take you and when you feel all the noises/vibrations/feelings/we.s you get end, calmly open your eyes, and most likely you'll either be in a dream, or in the exact same spot you fell asleep in. If you experience the second outcome though don't fret! Do a reality check as it might be a false awakening and you were actually dreaming that you woke up and nothing happened.

This is what happened to me, too! I freaked out a little but apparently I was too far gone already and just let everything be, I didn't fight my eye-blinking either. I just woke up into a dream, had a False Awakening, did a Reality Check and smiled when I saw 6 toes on my right hand instead of 5 fingers XD was really funny to wiggle them

I think it's just excitement, too.

Damn. If only I would have stayed with it. I just found out that REM and Lucid Dreaming are two completely different stages. I guess it takes a while to get use to.

Thanks 4 the reply and the advice. I always do realty checks cause I found my doing random shit twice like unplug a phone in my house or turn on my computer and my computer wouldn't turn on. Didn't think of realty checks lol. But what is strange every light was off in the house and no electronics worked. Then my 3rd false awaking I found my self sitting on the edge of my bed talking to a shadowed figure in the edge of my room. He was like will you do something for me? and I was like what lol? Then I got up and rushed out of my room. I dont know if that was real or a OBE.
