Focusing on the back of your eyelids?

      Does it work while WILDing?
I think it may work, it seems promising.
      Any thoughts?

Fast way to give yourself a headache? I don't see how it helps with WILD.

Might work for some people, but it's doubtful since you'd be focusing on your body too much.

Haven't ever had any success with it, since like cmind, it just gives me a headache.

Continuing to focus on the backs of my eyelids only serves to make my eyes sore, as already pointed out. I tend to enter SP when I'm on the verge of going unconscious, and this is when I'm not paying any attention whatsoever to my body (or surroundings).
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Along with eye soreness and headache my eyes try to snap themselves open when I focus on my eyelids. You don't focus on your eyelids when you fall asleep normally, so why do it while WILDing?
