Thread: What am I supposed to do with my eyes?

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to not focus on anything or if I'm supposed to try and see things. For example, I can either, (when I'm laying down with my eyes closed)

A: Not focus on anything, like when you try to fall asleep.
or
B: Try to see through my eyelids.
Which am I supposed to?
And if it's neither of the two above, what the hell am I supposed to do?
