      WILD, Help Please!

Hello everybody. Last night I had my 3rd WILD and Im pretty excited. The thing is I though I had failed but when I went to do the nose-plug RC I could breath. I wasn't sure what I should do because I didn't want to open my eyes so instead I visualized a scene. The dream only pasted about 10 seconds because I forgot to stabilize it. Anyways, I'm wondering if I could have done anything different just in case if I encountered that blackness again. Thanks for everyone's help!

If you can move your arm to plug your nose and breathe, discovering that you are able to breathe, that means your whole body is dreaming, and you can feel free to get up. You will most likely find yourself awake in your own room, it may be darker or brighter, or you may even find yourself in a completely different location. If it's dark, make sure you stabilize physically or try to find some place with light so you can see better. If you find that you can get up out of bed but you are having difficulty eg. feeling extremely sluggish heavy movement, that means you should give the dream a bit more time to stabilize, but once you are sure, just believe in yourself to move how you should. Next time you get the blackness, and you have performed a successful RC, then get up and start dreaming soldier!!

      Thanks mate!

Your reply was rely helpful. So when I get out of bed in my dream and I still see blackness could I open my eyes? Do you know if it will open my dream eyes or my real life eyes? Anyways, thank you for your reply it was really helpful.

Yeah carry on and open your eyes, this wont make your real eyes open, your are now in a dream just stabilise it , stand still a moment and look about ..very weird isnt it when you wake in your room in a faulse awakening i do it such alot, just let the dream come clear, never be afraid to open your eyes )

Yea, but if you notice that your eyes start closing on you involuntarily (that is your dream eyes) dont try to force them open which I used to do, this would always end in me opening my real world eyes because I was connecting myself to the physcial body more. If you do get this problem, instead of forcing your eyes open, try to stabilize by touching and holding onto whatever you can in the dream, and yell very loud and clear verbal commands like " eyes OPEN!" which worked for me when I tried it or "increase vividness" etc. Find something that works for you. One time, I was getting up after WILD'ing, and I could feel everything in the dream but the vision was so blurry and movement felt sluggish like I had a 100 pound jacket on me, so I just gave up and hit the floor instead of struggling against it, thinking I had failed. To my surprise, the dream restarted and this time it was extremely vivid, so in some cases you got to keep patient as well.

Thanks everyone for your replies! It is now really clear to me what I am supposed to be doing now. Hopefully this saves me from losing anymore lucids.
