Something I used to do was imagine myself jumping on a trampoline. I'd try and focus really hard on soaring really high and then crashing back down, then repeat the process (not just for WILDing, but before going to bed). Sometimes it would get really vivid. Maybe you could try homing in on a particular feel of something? An apple for example. A metal pole. Anything. Whatever you choose, your goal is to try and intensify it until the point where you're focused in enough to take control of the situation and leave the physical world behind. |
