The best thing to do is relax, and not pay attention to the hallucinations and other symptoms of SP. Imagine a dream scene around you and visualize it as strongly as you can behind your eyelids. Feel the ground beneath your feet, and try to imagine yourself walking around and touching things. All the while, tell yourself that you're dreaming. Even if the SP suddenly stops, be sure to do a reality check because even if you visualize a dream scene, sometimes it may not encapsulate you and you'll end up in a false awakening. Dreams are weird that way. |
