yeah, if you use calm music, like binaural beats (Search Binaural beats on youtube) you will even increase your chance of Lucid dreaming.

I want to try it with Inception soundtrack SO BAD (yes I bought the whole album plus a few bonus tracks, wicked stuff!)

I don't think it'll work for me though. The other night while doing a WILD the sound of my bedroom fan kept causing me to lose concentration for some reason.

You can go to inceptionscore [dot] com (I can't post links yet apparently) and listen to it all for free. You can even download the bonus tracks if you just enter an email address.

Maybe I'll give it a go and see how it works.

      EDIT: I find ^that guy's^ signature amusing

I REALLY recommend this. i tried it this morning and i think i accually(spelling?) made it into SP for the first time! i just felt this rush of energy going through my body, heard thunder even though there was no storm, and felt the dog curled up next to me but it wasn't in my room. i got a little excited and everything went away though. I'm gonna start doing this every morning! Thanks!
