If you sleep on your back, try tilting your head to the side, or sleeping on your side. As for itching, scratch away. It's better to get rid of that itch right then and there than to have it on your mind for minutes at a time. As for breathing...personally I focus on my breathing. I try to mimic the same rate of someone who's already sleeping. |

four things? I only count three. |

"Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?"
Really it's okay to swallow while WILDing! Just don't think much of it. Just relax and keep your mind busy. Don't think about your physical body. |

“Don't believe what your eyes are telling you. All they show is limitation. Look with your understanding, find out what you already know, and you'll see the way to fly.”

Tilt your head back a little so the saliva goes down your throat without you feeling it. As you relax more, you'll pay less and less attention to breathing. If you're really tired, you also don't pay much attention to it. If you have to focus on your breathing, try making each breath slightly lighter than normal, and take each breath evenly to match that of someone who's asleep. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
