Thread: Crossing Eyes

Your post immediately reminds me of while I am meditating- I often find that my eyes will cross or be straining to roll back and up (as if looking into my head) I hear it has something to do with the frontal cortex, where complex thinking and imagination are centered.

But.. its fine right? I'm not fucking my eyes up or anything?

Does it cause you pain??

Maybe your body is telling you to cross your eyes
