@ 13, I'd wake and immediately sit up in bed
(which was a mattress on floor)
and meditate (on listening to my breathing)
for the first 60 minutes of waking time .
Then before sleeping,
at bed time, the same.
At 15 I was realised.
I did what this guy says we all should do.
After listening to this eleven minute youtube
I'm getting back to it.
