      I have a little update. I did read a pretty long book with a lot of technical terms before going to bed yesterday. It actually worked! (although I have yet to try dictionary, but I will soon )
      Thats great! To bore your mind to sleep is often a easy way to fall asleep, but that can also be harder task than it sounds.
      It seems like you found the perfect book for yourself already though.^^

      Make it a chinese dictionary
      I wounder how that would influence the dreams..
