I guess it's normal, my mother also wakes up a lot during sleep and so do I, normally twice per night. Do you feel tired when you wake up? If not I don't see the reason to worry, but this happens to me every night and have - normally - good sleep. |

I wake up about twice per night during sleep to go the toilet, sometimes three times. It really bothers me since I have to walk down the stairs and I feel it messed up my rest time. I haven't been able to sleep uninterrupted for so long now. Is it normal? What can I do about this? |

I like destruction and reality, and one invariably leads to the other.
'Dreams are real while they last. Can we say more of life?'
'We die to remember what we live to forget'
I have exact times that I wake up. 2am, 3:30am and 5am. And it's natural. I wake up, drink some water, maybe go to the bathroom, go back to sleep. |

Avoid drinking diuretic beverages in the last couple of hours before bedtime. Coffee, and especially tea, are infamous for filling the bladder quickly. |

So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?
Or, depending on your dreaming goals, drink lots of them |

Cool thanks for the tips, besides my sleep cycle is messed up lol. It's just annoying, having to walk down the stairs every time to take a piss and walk up. I lay down and notice my heartbeat, it's distracting. But hey, guess I gotta accept it then. Lol! |
