Is there any way of intentionally falling asleep faster? I know instant sleep is probably impossible but is there any way to make it happen consistently in say, under 5 minutes? I know the standard things such as exercise in the day, don't exercise right before bed etc but these are generic sleep aids. I wanted to know if there is any specific technique to achieve fast times to fall asleep.

Also I wanted to know what other peoples fastest time to fall asleep at the start of the night was (not after sleep deprivation or after waking up, just a normal night). For me I think it was probably around 5 minutes but it's usually around 20 I assume.
