I don't normally call out people on their technique but this is in no way 100%..and it even says in Laberges book that reality checks are more effective when done close to sleep time. |

If you're conditioning is "do RCs before sleep" - how does this turn into an unconditioned effect in dreams, since if you're non-lucid in dreams you're probably not thinking of going to sleep in the dream itself..? |

The topic is compleatly wrong.. This is not amazing - it is obvious.. It is not 100%, it is just -20-30% max, and is not even a Technique - rc's are something which every lder does at some point(most of the time in the begining). |

O.K. This is a very simple way to increase the frequency of DILD's. However, it would probably be most effective when combined with daily RC's. Good, simple idea though. |
