Thank you all. It has been a few months since this LD and I have yet to experience anything like it. There have been a few episodes here and there but nothing as detailed.

I have however noticed that time travel both into the future and into the past has been a reoccurring theme in my dreams. The interesting part is it never has been until the dream I posted about in this thread. I can even recall a recent dream where I was lucid enough to get on a computer and go to Apple's website. I had to dust off my computer (which is a brand new gaming rig) that was in storage in the basement of my parents house. I assume at that point in time, the computers that we think of today have become obsolete because it was very hard for me to find one. I managed to boot my old computer up and get online. I was surprised to find a future roughly in the year 2034 where today's smart phone did not exist at all. They were replaced with little slim black boxes, not sure how the user interacted with it but, it was the future's equivalent of the iPhone. I can only assume telepathy or augmented reality controlled the little black device. Thought I would share that little tid bit with you all.

The best LD's for me happen by either accident or out of no where. So I will patiently await my next run in with the dream authority. I think right now I am going through an LD dry spell of sorts. One thing I do believe is Lucid Dreaming can have periods of low activity and periods of high activity, which cannot not be induced. My guess this has something to do with a cycle taking place in the brains cerebral cortex.

Now to answer a few questions:

Woah this is incredible, which one would you choose if you were given the choice ?
It would be easy for me to say yes if I was convinced I was dreaming. However it felt so real the choice I had to make seemed as if it had real consciousness. Normally in an LD I can't think about very complex emotions like leaving family forever, or choosing life over a spiritual eternity where my imagination was the limit. So I don't know I wasn't prepared then and I am not prepared now, perhaps that was the test and I wasn't ready.

You should read "lucid dreaming-gate to the inner self" by Robert Waggoner.
I want to check this book out after reading the description in the Google play store. It sounds very interesting and relevant to me personally.
