Very nice work. and i will add a bit of constructive critique. if i tell you "don't think of a barking dog" the first thing you will think of is a barking dog. can't help it if you hear or read it.
So when you use words like "stress" "upset" "pain" in the work, even though you are saying they are gone, it is still positively reinforcing the thought form of them. the word "stress" for example can create a ripple of that thought running around in the mind. especially as a person is drifting into a meditative state, last thing you want stuck on loop is the word "pain" or "upset"
An alternative would be to remove the line and replace it with an example of the feeling you get with "stress" is gone. equally, avoid opposites. so, removing the word "pain" does not mean putting in "pleasure", the mind understands opposites and can not be tricked.
