Yeah it's a life time record for recalled dreams in one night too. One thing I forgot to mention is I also had alarms going off regularly through the night - because I was meant to be taking a 1-2 hour nap, but then got more and more sleepy each time I woke up and set it off further back. I've had the increase in vividness and lucid dreams from B6 before, with the record I believe being 9 vivid long detailed dreams that I remembered, and 2 lucid ones on top of that, for 11 total - so I think the alarms played their part too, I mean, in a way it was WBTB + B6 combined.
Now that it's halfway through the day I can only remember 7 or 8 of the dreams, since I've not really actively been practising dreaming lately and haven't been keeping my dream journal (though I plan to get back into it starting tonight!) - I remember my recall of the dreams was so clear though that actually what triggered most of my lucid dreams was the memories of the dreams prior to it!
For example I had several episodes of sleep paralysis where I woke up in my room, set the next alarm (sneaky dreams, trying to trick me!), opened up my laptop, played around a bit then went back to sleep. Next time I found myself in my room I attempted to float around the room without using my legs and to my pleasant surprise it worked. Then the memory of this lucid dream triggered me doing a reality check in a room full of people, discovering that too was a dream, and so on..
I've been out of practice though and sadly I'd forgotten to use techniques like rubbing my hands together and touching objects to maintain clarity in the dreams, so all of the dreams, both lucid and not, were at most a few minutes in length. However I regard last night as one of the two most successful nights in my LDing career - the other being the time I managed to maintain a lucid dream for around an entire 30 minutes, worked a computer in my dream, and even managed to mind-control a DC.
I think one of the things I'm excited about with this is the dosage I took, just 8.4mg. I've seen lots of people trying this and they're taking 100-200mg+ doses, which scientists reckon could lead to peripheral neuropathy and really isn't that safe. Hopefully this'll make people try lower safe doses instead.
