R.E: St John's Wort.
I have seen 'vivid dreams' listed as a side effect. Others inc. some people may experience sensitivity to sunlight. Sexual/erectile dysfunction, etc. People suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia may find their symptoms worsen.
Do NOT use with antidepressants, particularly SSRIs due to increase risk of serotonin syndrome.
St johns wort has been used as a remedy in ireland and england for over 2000 years. In all its time there has only been mild cases of digestive problems and one case of extreme sensitivity to sun light, coupled with the fact that we are not taking a medical dose of st johns wort nor the frequency it is unlikely we would notcie many side effects.
But thanks for posting this, its good to show people to still be qeary using these remedies.
