      Clove oil????

Ok as most of you know I'm a natural lucid dreamer but I have for the last week Well nearly 2 weeks now been doing an experiment with clove oil...I have been putting a few drops on my pillow of a night and this seems to have doubled the lucids I have and improved my dream recall a lot..plus I seem to be experiencing more sleep paralysis and even if this doesn't lead me to a lucid dream its a gateway into one, anyone have any takes on this...and I will just say although you all prob know this..never ever drink this orally!!

Look forward to hearing from you all

Thank you for sharing this information! I have clove oil, but have never used it to induce an LD. I will have to give it a try. I have used Mugwort and Lavender sachets, but I didn't notice any more dreams than normal.

I tried a couple of drops on my pillow last night, unfortunately i did not sleep too well but when
I did finally sleep I managed one brief lucid and and another dream seemed somewhat more
      vivid.

I will test this for a week and post back then if I notice any significant improvements.

Thanks guys, at last some replies lol. Can't wait to hear your results. I am a natural lucid dreamer but have dry patches like a lot our there do but I tell you I swear by clove oil...I don't think it's just placebo either, I really think there's something in this. So far most night using clove oil I have lucids and if not a lucid, which is rare using this, I'll have stronger dream recall. Can't wait to hear how it goes and it's only just over a pound a bottle so really cheap

      Hi guys
Just thought I would update you on my progress using clove oil on my pillow which I
have been doing for about a week now.
During this past week there definitely seems to have been an improvement in the
length and vividness of my dreams, also I have started noticing dreams earlier in the
night which prior to using the clove oil i did not seem to have or at least recall.

Thanks angie for sharing this info.

I've tried essential oils like lavender with little success, but it sure does smell pleasant on your chest while you sleep.

Dentists use it to numb gums. That's probably why

I will give it a go, I've got some from when I had my wisdom teeth extracted I think.
If you didn't mention the dentist thing I probably wouldn't have remembered that haha
