      Anyone interested, be sure to read up about it before just getting the capsules. Be aware of all safety issues and other factors. The instructions on the bottle are WRONG!!! You DO NOT take Galantamine and Choline before going to bed, they're almost useless that way! They're to be used during a WBTB after a good 5 hour's sleep!!

      Also, you can't just take the capsules and expect to automatically become lucid... all they do is raise the potential for lucidity in your brain chemistry - you must still practice lucid dreaming techniques such as the ones listed on this site (WILD in particular.. Galantamine creates excellent conditions for a WILD).

      Also, anyone wanting to experiment with this stuff should definitely read Thomas Yuschak's book Advanced Lucid Dreaming: The Power of Supplements.

      Wow, sure enough!! I was assuming it was Lucid Dreamer, I think that's the product sold through Dreamamins? But it's not... the label looks totally generic. I even looked at closeups on Amazon and found their website listed on the label: Lucid Dreaming Supplements Help Users Gain Lucidity While Dreaming, Made in the USA.

      Still doesn't say what's in either product!! I'd stay away from these and go with products that honestly list what ingredients are used.

      I agree. Ingesting anything kind of pill for something like lucid dreaming without knowing what you are taking seems like a bad idea.
