so let's see, i took a short leave of absence from the forum (for about 5 weeks) and in my absence:

- we became a year old
- we attained 1000 users
- we've exceeded 60 000 posts
- we have a whole new forum: Adoptions. how 'bout that?
- lowercase society has broken the highly coveted 4000 post mark. that man is a *machine*.

here's a fun fact: according to our logs we are, and have been for over a month or so now, the number one result on Google for "girls in miniskirts" (with or w/o quotes). yes, that's right...go to Google and search for that, and our forum will be returned right at the top. how did that come about, you ask? well, originally i thought i erred when opening our forum's doors to search engines...specifically, i blamed it on neglecting to forge some sort of barrier around Senseless Banter, thinking those crazy topics you people post were the culprit. then i realized that the miniskirts thread isn't even in Senseless Banter!

Here's some other interesting phrases that lead people to our front door, according to our logs (excluding all dream-related phrases):

along with quite a few variations of the miniskirts search phrase.

quite frankly i couldn't imagine searching for some of those phrases...i mean, seriously, who goes to a search engine to search for "omfg holy crap?" it's a twisted world out there.
