      The pic is awesome - the meaning should be something like "(up) in heaven and down on earth". You can also take it to mean that he's the best both in the dream world and here. That's my interpretation at least!

      If the characters are Chinese then it means (divine realm)heaven and (mortal realm)earth (literally it means sky above sky below ), so its probably an archaic way of saying the world. Also congrats Sensei!
