What blakethegreat said is good, but you're probably thinking " Oh c'mon, I finally get lucid and they want me to do something less exciting than what I had in mind." I would say d what blakethegreat said just until you get the feel of being lucid. After you are used to being lucid(which I suppose will be about 5-10 lucids later) you will be able to do some cool stuff without waking up. However, even masters lose lucidity sometimes, just try to do dream stabilization excercises. This includes rubbing your hands together, shouting "Focus!", etc. Dreamviews has a good dream stabilization and clarity tutorial that can be found here > http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=95034 |

Reality is what you make it. Why not make it a dream?

You might have flown too fast: this sometimes causes the dream to blur and destabilize. Or, it might have simply been excitement, in which case this will go away eventually. You'll still experience a jolt of excitement upon lucidity (I still do!) but it won't be enough to wake you up. Another possible reason is you got into your dream activities too quickly after becoming lucid. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Ha! In the one I had just the other day I just got too excited from using a technique that is supposed to keep you lucid. When you feel yourself losing lucidity I heard that spinning in circles helps. But it turns out I forgot that in most cases you end up in a completely different area after your done spinning. And I forgot about that and it startled me and I blacked out, lost lucidity and started having some random uncontrollable dream. |

Good to hear you are becoming lucid! |
