Hi everyone, I've been lurking here for a while and have been practicing LD techniques for 3-4 months. After a 2-week vacation, during which I decided I would take a step back, I noticed it has become harder to do the things that have to be done. I did have a few awesome LDs when I was practicing more, so I really want to get back on track. I hope that interacting here with you guys (and perhaps starting a workbook) will help me with that.

My main problem at the moment is that I do not pay enough attention to my practice during the day. So my first goal is to set up a proper trigger list to do reality checks (I've seen some very nice suggestions on here), and then take it from there. I always wake up a few times at night so plenty of opportunities for WBTB and trying out WILD. I'm still playing with that though, since I get too awake very easily, and then it takes hours before I fall back to sleep.

English is not my first language by the way, so I'm sorry for any mistakes that I might have made.
