      Question Hello everyone :)

I just found this forum a week ago and thought I'd say hi. My name is Alex I am 15 and have never been lucid in a dream. In fact I rarely remember any of my dreams and I would be lucky to even remember 1 dream per week. When I first read about Lucid dreaming and realised that most people remember way more dreams than I do I decided to change some things in my routine. At first I read about Dream Recall and decided to add an hour to my sleeping time. (8 hours/night from 7. 23:00 to 07:00). That appears to have no effect. I would like to try some of the other ways used to increase dream recall like keeping a DJ but as you probably figured during this last week I haven't used a single page of it. What do you suggest I try?

Also, I ve decided to try WILD as my first technique to achieve lucidity (DILD wouldn't work obviously) and easily got into REM Atonia (correct me if I am using the wrong term ) and can easily replicate the process when I want but it's no use as there are no "images", "dreamlets" or even HI to start building a dream from. At first I thought this was because i wasnt near an REM cycle but one day I stayed 2 hours like this (clock checked). Moreover, after I feel my whole body numb (except for the diaphragm, mouth etc. ofc) i am starting to feel a weird dizzyness-like sensation, my head swinging around. Is this normal? Am I missing something?

Thanks for any advice you can offer. Hope I didn't have to post this in any specific section... and sorry for the wall of text

PS: This forum is really great and from what I ve seen the members are polite.Gratz
