I started Lucid Dreaming in Iraq in 06. I used a method I saw on the interwebs of looking at my watch twice in quick succession every time I check the time. In a dream the watch is supposed to read a different time both times you check it, letting you know you are dreaming. I LD'd 20-30 times over the course of my only year messing with it.

Fast forward to 2013, I started skydiving. After a few months in the sport I started having skydiving dreams. For those familiar with the sport, you have to check your altimeter every few seconds...your wrist mounted altimeter.

So, I have the skydiving dreams, which are wildly unrealistic because there's no auditory or gravitational signatures, just visual, but every time I check my altimeter(which resembles a clock face), the readings are wildly different.

Since my watch check technique was a trigger, I accidentally got back into it and have had five lucid skydiving dreams in the past 60 days or so. It's quite bizarre.
