      Hello!

I'm new here, and I've already had my first(intentional) lucid dream. As you can se my username is TreyMadd47 and I'm quite new to lucid dreaming. I have a few questions to ask. In my lucid dream, a DILD, living in a place I've never saw before or having acid eating away at my arm didn't cause me to so a reality check or even question if it was a dream. But after I went upstairs trying to find something to cut my arm off, I noticed my xbox was on and did a reality check, realized I was dreaming and got too excited and woke up. How did all that crazy stuff not cause me to reality check, but then my xbox being on caused me to be lucid? Also, how many dreams y'all remember? Some nights I can remember a big giant dream, like the one in my DJ, sometimes a little tidbit, or nothing at all. In addition, how many lucid dreams should I expect ATM. I plan in incorporating CAT into my sleep cycle tonight too, so what's your experience with that?

Hey man, nice to meet you.
Yeah, sometimes the things that prock your reality checks seem WAY too arbitrary.
I guess the important thing is that you had a successful lucid - that's always the biggest step in your journey.
