Hey! I've started practicing lucid dreaming about 2 months ago and I've had 5 lucid dreams so far. Found out about this subreddit trough r/luciddreaming after looking for more info on ADA and finding both Yoshi's ADA tutorial and Dream Yoga. Both have been very helpful during the last few days so I decided to register on here to actually interact with this forum's members. I do have one question now that I'm at it. Each and every one of my lucid dreams haven't lasted more than 5 minutes tops with my latest one lasting about 2 minutes. Any tips on actually staying in a lucid dream for a while after becoming lucid? Thanks! |
