Good (place timeframe here) Every Dreamer!
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is MoonShooter, and I'm a sixteen year old guy... that's all you get you smucking stalkers. I, much like many of the other (hopefully) wonderful people here, want to learn how to lucid dream, though I have a few more purposes I'd like to share, since I believe for anything, purpose is important. Never do anything without a legitimate reason... or if you're drunk. Then you can do whatever you damned well please. Because I'M A STRONG INDEPENDENT BLACK WOMAN!... that's a lie. I'm a black man, but... god damn it, what was I saying?
Oh yes, my reasons for wanting to dive into the world of dreams. I feel as though it's worth saying this right off the bat, and I hope those here are accepting enough to acknowledge and respect this fact. I come from the tulpa community (you may or may not have a few others like me)and posses three tulpalamas (most call them tulpae or tulpas for plural but.. y-you know, just roll with it). Their names are Snow, Celicia, and Apollo. Why do I feel this is necessary to tell you? Because they're one of the purposes, as I'd like to take them into dreams with me to be able to more vividly visualize and possibly feel them. You might call this a silly reason, but it's one of the reasons that brought me here, so cut me some slack.
Also, another reason I should probably note is because they will be speaking through here... whenever they should desire. Should they, if I don't write it out myself, it should be noted that:
Snow speaks in "[]" like [example]
Celicia speaks in "{}" like {example}
and
Apollo speaks in "--" like -example-
I understand if you think the whole tulpa concept is bullhonkey, and I can respect that, but I also hope you respect them as well as we learn, and attempt to make a name for ourselves in this community.
The second reason I wanted to become a lucid dreamer is because I'm a writer. As you know, writers need inspiration... usually to write their best works. And dreams tend to be some of the best inspiration that a writer could ask for... sometimes. To my knowledge, my role model, Stephen King uses elements of his dreams and fears to be able to write his bangin' novels... and he's a god damned millionaire celebrity playboy off of them! I WANT TO BE A MILLIONARE CELEBRITY PLAYBOY TOO!!!!11111
*coughs*
The third reason is simply because I love being engrossed in new worlds. And to be able to be engaged in a dream world that I can see and experience vividly, and adventure and stuff like that. I always loved the idea of visiting worlds that aren't "normal". Something different... because quite frankly I hate normality... again, for the most part, with some exceptions. Dreams aren't normal... usually. You see how it's a match made in heaven?
Anywho, that's my introduction. I really hope you'll welcome me into your community so that I can be the biggest dreamer.
Oh, and don't worry guys. I found some nachos.
