      Talking My Return

Hey everyone, this post is a few days late, as I've been posting again for almost a week now, I joined this site almost a year ago and with it's help I was able to achieve my first intentional lucid dream after 2 weeks of being here (thank you all so much), and got my count up to 25 over the next 4 months, I was somewhat active on the site until September, when I had to put lucid dreaming on the back-burner so I could focus on my studies at university. Now I'm back home for the summer and have some free time, so I decided I would come back and join the discussions again.

Since I've been home and pretty much stress free, I've been having 2 or 3 lucid dreams a week for the past month, without too much effort (ie. I do a WBTB and I'm guaranteed a successful WILD), it's a great feeling to know that it's just like riding a bike and with a little focus you can come back in full form. Now, I'm not trying to say I'm an expert, but I have definitely learned a lot over the past year, I might even write my own WILD tutorial, since my technique is a little different than the one posted here.

Anyway it feels good to be back, and I'm looking for some of the more advanced parts of lucid dreaming, as I think I have the basics down pretty well (once I get lucid i don't worry about stability, i just enjoy and mess with the dream, usually get 4-10 minutes of lucidity, depending on when I entered the dream). I am specifically looking for things to help with dream control, I change the dream scene without issue, I can fly, I can teleport, I can summon balls of energy, and destroy cities with them, but for whatever reason I can't really control a dream character, I can summon and interact with them, but I cant make them dance, jump, fight each other etc. through mind control. For example I could have a sword in my hand, walk up to a DC and say "I'll kill you if you don't fight that guy over there" and they will do what I say, but I can't think "dream character, go fight him" and then have him do it. I'm not even sure if you can control DCs like that, but it would add another element to my lucid dreams that I'm sure I would enjoy .
