      Hi, guys, I am new on the forum but I have been trying to lucid dream for over 6 months without getting into it
      I have decided to do it more seriously from now on, I wasn't keeping a dream journal but now, lazyness if over !

      So here I start a new thread to get any personnal tips.
      Here is my little trick, I am not sure if it really works but you might want to give it a try, those are guided meditation, I think it might help but if not, correct me.
