Hello all,

Just discovered this site. I think from what I have been reading on some of the threads that I might have had a lucid dream. It was very short but I remember it like it was yesterday. I was all of a sudden outside a random house stood next to a red car. My family were there. I suddenly realised I was dreaming I don't know why but I just did. Everyone was looking at me strangely. I then went on to tell everyone that I was dreaming and that non of this was real. Everyone there looked at each other and then at me and someone said don't be ridiculous then bam I woke up.

Please please could someone tell me if this was a lucid dream and how I can do it again.
