      WILD isn't always easy to start with, and it can be quite difficult to achieve right when you go to bed at night. For most people it works better after a few hours of sleep with a brief waking period in between sleep events.

      If you're going to attaempt WILD I might suggest adding in a WBTB (Wake-Back-To-Bed) after five hours or so.

      Working on dream signs and writing in a Dream Journal can really help the effort. Put in the extra time and allow the dreams to become memorable and important to your mind before diving into WILD. You can find information on all of this in our WIKI.
