Hi everyone!! Well i've known about LD for about 2 weeks now, and i've honestly tried only 5 days within those 2 weeks and now, i am very anxious and excited to have my first intentional one!

I am now trying to everynight and well, can use some newbie help!

here are some questions i would like answered by u guys please!
[Q] What technique do you use to have LD's?
[Q] How long did it take you to have your first LD with that technique?
[Q] After having your first LD with that technique, did LD's become frequent?
[Q] If you tried different techniques, which produced more results faster?
[Q] What kind of RC's do you use? And in certain scenarios?

Also, say i RC everytime i walk through a doorway, how would that affect me? would it help? (i check the time on my watch -> plug my nose -> try and push finger thru palm -> re check time)

And... Can i expect LD's when RC'ing is a big habit?

Also about this,
DEILD - "Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream"
A DEILD is a WILD without all the preparation, relaxation, and (for the most part) sleep paralysis which may be too uncomfortable for some to experience. The person wakes up from a dream and doesn't move or open their eyes. They continue to breathe normally. As soon as you woke up you were not in sleep paralysis anymore (since you were no longer dreaming). The objective is to trick your body into think you are still asleep, so it re-initiates the sleep paralysis and therefore sends you back into a dream, consciously. The whole process, if done correctly, can take as little as ten seconds. The dreamer can speed up the process by actively visualizing a dream scene when they wake up, and imagine auditory or tactile (sense of touch) sensations.

* Sleep paralysis is often felt while using this technique, although it's relatively short-lasting because the person enters a dream very quickly.

Is this reliable? it seems much easier than DILD and other ways to LD
Im considering this but i use or try and use DILD currently...

Thank you all!!!

P.S. I am 14, early age but it seems getting a head start b4 getting to be an adult helps cuz of my REM stage of sleep it should be a little easier?

THANKS!
