Well im not a master but i have had some lucid dreams and have read enough to know that it would be easier for you to get the full 8 hour sleep however using the WBTB technique along with the WILD is the best option... the problem is that the WILD is the hardest technique to learn and to some people can be a little frightning due to the stages of sleep paralysis. I for one use DILD and WBTB as a combo and lucid dreaming sometimes can be random even if having just a nap... the truth is being confidant and believing that you will lucid dream is a big factor into whether or not you will have one, it is important not to get discouraged if you dont get one right away... |
