Helloo! I am new and I hardly ever remember my dreams :/ I was just wondering if any of you know if there is anyway that I can try and remember them or something. Lol that just sounded weird.... Oh well! Pleeease add me and stuff

In the morning, dont open your eyes when you wake up and think really hard about what you were just dreaming about. Yes, try the dream recall section too

There's a lot of resources in the Dreamviews Wiki, including info on recall and what you can do to improve it. Mancon posted a good link that you should check out, and Dreamer has some good advice too. When you wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning, just relax and don't get up right then; instead, think about what you dreamed about. And even if you only recall a fragment, write it down! Don't just remember it and then not record it, because physically recording dreams is better than just thinking about them. Way down the road, if you ever go through a time where you can't seem to recall anything, looking over previously recorded dreams can help get you back in the game.

Also, foods and drinks containing vitamin B6 have been known to improve dream vividness (and in turn, recall). Apple juice, tuna and other fish, chicken... There's a lot of different things that you can try.

Getting to lucid dreaming now, I'd recommend you try MILD and DILD techniques first. MILD is basically autosuggestion and works like a placebo effect - you affirm to yourself that you will remember your dreams and become lucid, being confident in the affirmations. DILD is based on raising your awareness to become lucid in the middle of a dream.

what it is! i also hardly ever remember my dreams. try waking up early and falling back to sleep to take a nap, i always remember when i do that.

Dreamer, do you have any mixed spices for Food Tech? If you do, would you mind giving me some because I went to Tesco and I couldn't find any. LOL
