Wotcher! (I don't even know what that really means..) |

I'm 19 years old. I have had sporadic lucid dreams throughout my life, and now I am interested in learning how to master the process. |

Wait, you are 19 and married?!? Wow, thats pretty cool, must be nice to meet someone you love so early in your life. Less time wasted looking for her. |

I really don't feel stressed though. I have absolutely no problem sleeping at night. When I wake up I know I've had a dream I just can't recall it at all. I just am trying to think of reasons why I can't achieve it when I always could. |

Well really the best and probably only reliable way to improve your dream recall is with a dream journal. This helps to emphasize the importance of dreams to yourself. It works like having a cold. Your nose is blocked to you to breathe through your mouth. This is not normal, and so you notice it more and when you are thinking about it, you do it manually and it really takes your attention. Same for dreams. If you write them down, your mind gets thinking about them. When the mind is more and more focused on dreams, you will begin to have them more. |

Hello there! Sounds like its just enough stress to keep you from being lucid or not remembering. I have a similar past to yours when it comes to lucid dreaming, and I think that for naturals the lack of even the tiniest of LD's seem to stress us out more because it was never a problem before. For DV noobs (like myself) we never had a technique or practice to fall back on when we have a dry spell. It's almost like its strange to naturals not to have a LD so when they join a site like this and actually pay attention to the frequency of LD, they get a bit more stressed out. lol IMO. |
